FLORENT IGLA
PARIS, FR
Florent Igla was brought up in a family of film lovers : the heroes of his childhood are Ridley Scott, Sergio Leone, Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, Stanley Kubrick, Francis Ford Coppola...
In parallel with his studies in french literature (Bachelor of literature), he combines his passion for image and music by making clips for independent artists. Then he went on to work as a cameraman and assistant director on concerts, festivals, music videos and tv commercials.
After a trip across the United States, he devoted himself completely to directing, writing numerous short film scripts and directing TV and web commercials, but also branded content for prestigious and diversified clients such as : Sony, Microsoft, Magnum Photos, The Louvre Museum, Sanofi, The Airports of Paris, Triumph Motorcycles, Nintendo, Adidas, Puma...
In all of his films, Florent demonstrates two complementary qualities : a keen sense of the cinematic composition of his frames and an always human and sensitive narration.
